Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By using PostSpring, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location and comply with the age and account requirements of every connected platform. If you use PostSpring for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

The service

PostSpring helps you prepare content and request publication to selected third-party platforms. Each platform authorises, processes, reviews, displays, restricts, or rejects content independently. Posting can therefore complete at different times, and we cannot guarantee acceptance, reach, availability, or simultaneous publication.

Your accounts and instructions

You are responsible for your connected accounts and for reviewing each caption, video, audience, disclosure, and destination before confirming publication. Keep your devices and accounts secure, disconnect access you no longer want, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You give PostSpring a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, format, transmit, and delete that content only as needed to carry out your instructions, operate the service, and resolve publishing failures.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you submit, including video, music, images, trademarks, captions, people depicted, advertising disclosures, and any personal information. Music or media licensed inside one platform may not be licensed for use on another.

Acceptable use

Do not use PostSpring to break the law or platform rules; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; distribute malware or deceptive material; harass or exploit people; evade platform safeguards; access accounts without permission; or overload, reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the service.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, platforms, PostSpring, or the public, or when required by law or a platform partner.

Subscriptions

Paid features, current prices, trial terms, and billing periods are shown before purchase. App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple, renew automatically unless cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for the current period; Apple’s refund rules and mandatory consumer rights still apply.

We may change future prices or features with the notice and consent required by Apple and applicable law. Taxes may be included or added as shown at purchase.

Third-party platforms

Your use of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Apple, and other services remains subject to their own terms and policies. PostSpring is an independent service and is not sponsored or endorsed by those platforms. Platform changes, outages, reviews, quotas, or revoked permissions can limit PostSpring features.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostSpring is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those exceptions, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost reach or engagement, platform enforcement, or content rejected or changed by a third-party platform.

Ending use

You may stop using PostSpring, disconnect platforms, and request account deletion at any time. Deleting PostSpring does not delete posts already sent to social platforms; manage those posts with the relevant platform. Terms that reasonably need to continue, including ownership, payment obligations, and liability provisions, survive termination.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory protections and rights you have under the law of your home country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will provide appropriate notice before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use PostSpring after that date means you accept the updated terms.
